Picture: After fixing stuff

First of all, I am very excited to write the first blog of my life. All thanks to the Amal Academy. I will also be thankful if any fellow points out my mistakes.

Moving to the blog, While writing this blog I am in my bedroom. This bed was not looking good as it is in the above picture before fixing stuff on it. Following is the picture before fixing it, you can see how bad it look like? It leaves the impression like I am not well organized and well mannered. But friendly speaking this all is mess up just because I came up from university, drop the bag, through the cap, and leave the mask over the bed.

This state of the bed is not leaving any pleasant effect on me. So, I first fix it by

a)Putting the bag in the appropriate position

b) hanging cap on the wall

c) mask

d) extra books to the cupboard

I feel very satisfied to fix all the above-mentioned things. I will definitely do the same even Amal did not give me this task. The reason is that our surrounding is what decide us to how long we work or rest. Like Google, Facebook and other giant tech groups design their offices very beautifully which leaves a positive impact on human psychology. That employee who just works 6-hours in a normal design workspace will definitely work more in the beautifully designed workspace.

Yes, every day after waking up, this is the very first thing which I am used to doing before leaving for the university.

This little act is totally related to “leadership without authority”. Like being an elder brother, what I did, younger one always looks over me and If I develop a habit of something doing good that will definitely inspire them too.

I am ending my first blog with this beautiful quote:

“The key to successful leadership is to influence not authority”
